I wish to create a modern/colourful building. As eyes age colour contract decreases therefore richer and more colourful environments are required. Colours have been selected from the post office railing (used in the canal side cafe) and from the green railings (used on the office building). Hopefully these colour choices help to ground the building in the site, matching existing and recognisable colours.
Recycling and using affordable materials
To create a diverse palette of materials I feel that recycling materials found close to the site would be interesting.
