Rents a desk space in shop unit A which she mans 1 day a week, sells her famous Victoria sponge cake for £3 (cooked in the kitchen)
Mike Lee, 27
Comes after work, picking up one of Shirley's cake for an evening treat on his way to a nutrition class advised by his local GP. Stops after for a £5 healthy dinner (winter veg stew).
Margaret Brown, 85
Stops off at the project on her way back from the weekly shopping trip to Stretford mall, spots that there are spaces in the mornings cookery workshop then heads home taking a canal side diversion, feeding the ducks.
In order to design rooms for specific needs a more detailed understanding of who would be using the spaces and what they would be doing there was undertaken.
